Construction of two-story building with retail space below and a personal residence on the second story in the beach-front community of downtown Avila.

New construction of a 12 bed, 7 bath building with a commercial kitchen, oversized dining room, study area, and common room.  7,403 sq ft.

Morro del mar, morro bay

21-unit senior housing facility for low-income seniors, certified as LEED Gold.  This project was financed using tax credits, Morro Bay housing funds, and State and Federal grants.

Commercial business and retail space in downtown Templeton, designed to reflect the western theme of the area, 8,150 sq ft

Renovation and restoration of a historic house into office space and two housing units and construction of six new affordable housing units near downtown San Luis Obispo.

New construction of three floors of retail and commercial office space in downtown San Luis Obispo.  The Building was designed to replicate the original Loobliner building, built in 1889.
